Online Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to love everything from Creepy Roommate.

If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn, undamaged, and the tags are still attached.

 

No restocking fees, no weird hidden charges.

For defective items, we offer 365-day coverage.

 

Returns

 

To start a return, email us at:

support@creepyroommate.com

 

Please include:

 

The item(s) you want to return

 

Your order number

 

If you’re in the US, we’ll send you a return shipping label.

If you’re outside the US, or if the item has already been exchanged once, you’ll need to ship it back to us on your own.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 2–3 business days), we’ll email you to confirm whether your return has been approved.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable if you originally paid for shipping.

 

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Credit card refunds may take an additional 2–10 business days depending on your bank.

 

Exchanges

 

You can request a free exchange (up to 2 times per order) by emailing:

Please include:

 

The item name + the size you want

 

Your order number

 

If you’re in the US, we’ll send you a shipping label.

For international addresses, you’ll need to ship the item back to us.

 

After we receive and inspect your exchange (2–3 business days), we’ll start preparing your new item.

Exchange orders typically ship out within 3 business days after inspection.
