Lost & Stolen Package Policy

Lost Packages

 

If the carrier’s tracking does not show the package as “Delivered,” it’s considered lost.

In that case, we’ll take responsibility and offer a replacement or a refund.

 

Stolen Packages

 

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, it’s considered stolen.

Once a package is marked as delivered to the address provided, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.

 

We’re unable to issue refunds or replacements for stolen packages, but feel free to:

 

Check with neighbors or building staff

 

Contact your local post office

 

File a police report (some credit cards cover stolen packages)
