Who we actually are
CreepyRoommate is a small independent shop for alternative, punk, and weird streetwear — the kind of stuff your roommate warned you about. We hunt down cult labels most Western stores never carry and put them in one place. We're US-based, and returns are processed in Hayward, California.
No warehouse of stock photos. No fake urgency timers. Just a curated rack of things we think are worth wearing.

We never see or store your card details. Every payment runs through Shopify's secure checkout and your chosen provider — PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or your bank's card network. If an order ever goes wrong, those same providers give you buyer protection to dispute it.
What to expect — no surprises
- Shipping time: most orders arrive in 14–19 days. Many labels ship from overseas or are made to order, so we give you the real timeline instead of promising 2 days and letting you down.
- Free shipping on orders over $79.99. A flat rate applies below that.
- Returns: 30 days from delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies and return shipping is on the customer — all of it spelled out on our returns page.
- Sizing runs Asian fit on many pieces — check each product's size chart before ordering.
We're a newer store, so we'll be upfront: we're not trying to look bigger than we are. We'd rather earn your trust by telling you exactly how things work than hide the parts that aren't instant.
